Refund policy

RETURNS:

Returns/ exchanges are accepted of U.S orders within 14 days of date order was received. Eid / seasonal Items must be returned within 7 days of the order receipt. Sale items are all final sale.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which received and in original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt, order number or proof of purchase.

Customer must pay return shipping. They are responsible for shipping both ways if making an exchange.  Exchanges are processed as a refund with a new item needing to be purchased.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected and if approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

Refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.

Sale items are FINAL SALE  and are not eligible for cancellation, return, refund or exchange.
