Raaz Kreations is not responsible for any packages not delivered or lost packages. If your item says delivered but you haven't received it, please call the selected shipping company.

International Orders:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Raaz Kreations is not responsible for delays due to customs.
